Dashboard

Live status of charging stations in the network is displayed on the map, use the toggle button to see the list of all the charging stations.

Live Status

View all the charging stations available in the network on a map with markers representing live status of these stations. Search for a location on the map and see charging stations in that area. Select a charge station from the map by clicking on the name displayed where a list of all the charge points are displayed along with the status of operation.

A charging station can be in one of the below mentioned operation status, each of these status is represented with a color as described below

  • Busy - Orange

  • Available - Green

  • Unavailable - Gray

  • Faulted - Red

Business Metrics

Cumulative data across the network of chargers is displayed in the dashboard with below data

  • Total Sessions

  • Total Units

  • Total Amount billed

  • Total amount paid

Profile

Click on the Numocity icon on the top right corner for profile information. User can perform the below operations

  • Update account password

  • Change Logo to appear in the dashboard

  • Update profile information like Name, Mobile number

Click on one of the markers on the map to view Charge Location Details or select the toggle button on the top right corner of the map to obtain a list of all charging Locations, navigate to a particular charge location from here.
